Lease Terms
Wildwood Apartment Homes offers 12 month leases. First year lease may not be a full twelve month lease due to mid-month move-in date. Please inquire with property staff. Credit, income, employment, criminal records check and prior rental history is required. Fee to Secure Occupancy and first month’s rent is due prior to occupancy.

Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets per household are welcome at Wildwood Apartment Homes (no dogs).  Pet Security Deposit, non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent applies.
